FEA Analysis and Fracture Analysis of Adhesive Anchors Embedded in Concrete

Objective: The objective of the FEA analysis simulation is to carry out detailed Behavior analysis and fracture analysis of adhesive anchors embedded in concrete under pullout loads.
Methodology: The research methodology used as part of the FEA services implemented is simple, create numerous model to validate it with the already proven models and with this benchmark model we tried numerous parameters to study the behavior of anchors embedded into concrete. The parameters we have studied in the FEA simulation are
1) How the design of an anchor affects its effective usage in practical application.
2) How the material property of an adhesive affects its integral performance as a component of the system.
Outcome & Conclusion: As a result from the finite element analysis study, we would be able to find out the effectiveness of altering the design of an anchor to increase its load capacity and material property that influences the final load capacity of the adhesive anchor system.

Structural Optimization of Column joints between FRP Sheets and Metal Plates

Objective: Strengthening of Weak beam-column joints FRP sheets and metal plates.
Methodology: Methodology approach followed by our FEA consultants includes, numerically studying the characteristics of different FRP material in the given scenario and validating with the proven models. Then studying the synergy when a combination is used and also with different grades of concrete.
Numerically analyzing an invasive metal strip that bypasses the load from column to beam when subjected to earthquake load and proposing the optimum design for the same to reach the maximum effectiveness. Trying out different section and different materialistic properties to find out the optimum design for the cause targeted. SMA properties are being tried and they give a new approach to structurally manage a heavy impact load like earthquake load to some extent

FEA Simulation of Behavior of Concrete Anchors Subjected to Cyclic Loading 

Objective: Studying anchors embedded in concrete when subjected to cyclic loading.
Methodology: Validating the model under static loading and then analyzing the model numerically under cyclic loading by giving different loading conditions and also monitoring the failure of material surrounding the anchor area.
Outcome: Using the latest FEA software, we proposed a conclusion on the behavior of adhesive anchor under cyclic loading and also proposing a design approach for the same under a different scenario.
